Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact our support team to start the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to damaged or defective products, we cover the shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@drinkbegoat.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
