BeGOAT Costco Mini Fridge Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by BeGOAT Clean Energy, Bend, OR (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Costco, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 25, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on November 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, entrants must submit either:
a) a photo of a valid Costco purchase showing a BeGOAT purchase, or
b) a written entry with name, address, phone, and email (no purchase necessary), mailed to: BeGOAT Costco Giveaway, 2470 NE 2nd St #100, Bend, OR 97701, postmarked by November 9, 2025, and received by November 16, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) BeGOAT-branded mini fridge (Approximate Retail Value: $250). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2025. Winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days. Winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If winner does not respond, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or abuses the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts unsportsmanlike. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures.
9. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Costco, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (link here).
11. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By entering the Promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by BeGOAT Clean Energy for the purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting winners. Information collected includes name, address, and email. Information will not be sold to third parties.
